Yeah yesterday was NOT a good day. I ate at Golden Corral.....for those of you who have never heard of it.....one word...

BUFFET.

I didn't eat TOO TOOOOOOOO badly there...but still I'm sure I went well over 1500 with that one meal which totally blows. And then before I went to bed I even had some oatmeal! So I've erased yesterday from my memory.

Today...

LUNCH

2 Packets of Strawberries and Cream oatmeal (one is just not enough!) - 330

Total - DUH 330

DINNER

2 Cups Cooked Asian Noodles - 420
Half Can of Tomato Sauce - 35
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder - 5
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder - 5
2.5 Cups Zucchini - 50
About 15 or so Spears of Asparagus chopped in half - 65
1 1/2 Cups of Baby Shrimp - 125

Total - 705

Yeah a lot of Calories for one meal but damn it was gooooooooooooood.

1 1/4 Cup Cran Crunch (or something like that) cereal - 200
3/4 Cup Fat Free Milk - 60

TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE - 1395

GOD IVE BEEN SLACKING IT the past few days. I hate it. AND I'm going out of town this weekend which scares me too. I'm scurred.

Bleh...nothing to babble about today.

Oh wait I do have something to babble about! I made the SHIT dinner tonight! And thank you to [info]crazypickle for giving me that great method for draining tofu. I didn't end up freezing it but I did wrap it in a towel, tie it together so it stayed pretty tight, and put a book plus something else for weight on top of it and left it over night. I swear the towl in the morning was SOAKED and the tofu even had a tougher consistancy! It was awesome.

DINNER

2 Cups Snow Peas - 70
25 "Petite" Carrots - 35
2 1/2 Cups Cabbage (shredded) - 40
1/2 Cup Brown Rice - 170
1 Tblsp. EVOO - 120
3 Tblsp. Tariyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade - 60

OH MY GOD IT WAS THE BEST SHIT EVER. That Teriyaki merinade totally fucking rocked my panties off. I can't wait to make this dish again.

*ehem....okay so maybe it was more like around 1350 or so because I kept picking at the other plate of the tofu stirfry*....OH WELL STILL ON TARGET, BITCHES!

p.s. I just walked by a room that my dog is in and OH MY GOD HE IS FARTING IT UP IN THERE.

Okay today I've totally been slacking in that I didn't have any time to actually cook or put together a meal for myself....so this is what I've eaten so far just so I don't forget and I'm pretty sure I'll have a few other things to up my calories a bit before the day is through...

LUNCH

6in Cheese Steak Sub from Subway (Wheat Bread, Steak, Pepperjack Cheese, Lettuce, Pickles) - approx. 325

DINNER

THE OTHER HALF LOL 6in Cheese Steak Sub from Subway " " - approx. 325

So far I've also eaten:

4 Radishes - 4
1 Pear - 100
1 Mini Snack Pack Bag of Popcorn (THESE ARE THE SHIIIIIIT) - 100

Woohoo! I totally thought I wasn't going to hit it. BUT I regret eating that soup and cereal so late at night because I ended up waking up bloated. And I had the UGLIEST headache last night. And I NEVER get them...it was so weird.

Boy did I do horribly this weekend! I'm not going to have a calorie count for saturday or sunday because well let's just say I went over and/or didn't write it down.

Saturday -

Large Bowl of Cereal...3 Cups (kind of late in the day)
2 Large Slices of Peperoni Pizza
I don't know how many Jack & Cokes

Probably should have had some more solids in me for Saturday

Sunday -

LOTS of orange juice (HANGOVER CHUGWORTHY LOTS...cup after cup waking up every 30 minutes)
2 Large Slices of left over Sausage Pizza (BAD IDEA)
Large Tuna Salad (tuna, lettuce, corn, mayo)
Two slices of Bread (Sarah Lee Delightful)
A bunch of grapes
Apple Juice
A Tiny Sliver of Chocolate Cake (teeny tiny)

And what was gross was that after eating the pizza I swear I got the shits. I guess it was because I haven't had really greasy food in my body for awhile. It was gross.

AND I'm pissed because I didn't get laid last night would could have totally been a great workout. My bf was sick and was all sweaty and burning up. BUT....I'm totally saving up for a treadmill! I'm super stoked! WOOT!

So today was weigh in day but it's not really from 1 whole week's progress...but since Tuesday which was the last day I weighed myself. But since then the scale said I had lost 1/2lb. Well it was going back and forth between 1/2-1lb....but I'm just going to say 1/2lb. So yeah my weight as of today is 165.

I'm a little on edge about tomorrow because I'm going to be drinking. Jack and Coke is my drink and I'm not a light drinker either....so we'll see just how much it effects my weight. And I probably won't make another post until Sunday...but I'll catch you up to what I had yesterday...well from the point that I can remember, anyway...okay onto food for today!

LUNCH

5 Cups Spinach - 35
13 Baby Carrots - 35
2 Tblsp. Fat Free Italian Dressing - 20
1 Can Light Tuna - 150
1/2 Cup Corn - 80

YES SQUASH AGAIN. It was starting to go bad and I had to use it up. Sorry for the blurry picture....I didn't eat all of it though. I couldn't so I just gave it to the dog. So my total calorie intake for the day is probably less but not enough to be under (I don't think!) Oh and and I'll say what you all are thinking....I'm gonna be shitting out some MAJOR corn! hahah gross.

Okay I decided that instead of weighing myself every Sunday, it would probably be smarter to weigh myself every Friday morning. Just because I sometimes like to go out and drink on the weekends and I don't want that to interfere with my weigh in. Plus if I weigh in on Friday and see that I'm doing well and there's progress, drinking will be my reward! Hahahaha...shut up it makes sense in MY head! Besides, it's not EVERY weekend...maybe every other?...

So I woke up today LITERALLY thinking about the tofu I was going to make. I've never cooked with tofu before and I guess I was kind of excited. lol

I'm proud to say that I didn't weigh myself this morning! I did, however, take my measurements so I can keep track of the changes (hopefully good ones) that my body will go through over the course of time. Although I'm not particularly thrilled to show you my measurements...here goes:

Upper Arms (largest area): 13 in
Forearms (largest area): 10.25 in
Bust: 41 in
Underbust: 36 in
Waist: 36 in
Underbelly (largest area): 40 in
Hips: 41 in
Thighs (largest area): 25.25 in
3 in. Above Knees: 18.25 in
Calves: 15.5 in

I feel SO stuffed from everything I ate today...especially dinner! It's hard to believe how much food I can stomach! But anyway...here goes my food for the day:

2 Slices of Ham - 100

For being my first time cooking with Tofu, it actually came out pretty damn good! It was a total experiment and I just threw in what I thought would be good as a veggie stirfry....anyway...although it looks sorta like puke in this picture, here's the result!

Oh and if you guys like yogurt and haven't already tried it, that Blue Bunny Lite 85 is yummy, filling, and only 80 Calories!! I like to smash the crunchy granola bars and throw the loose granola into the yogurt and eat it like that....mmmmmmm...

Also, am I counting the calories in Apricots right? I looked it up and it said 17 Calories....for some reason it doesn't seem right to me....maybe it is and I'm just being stupid..but since the one I had was large I just put 20.....but does anyone know?

I'd like to say that'll be the last time I weigh myself daily and will start doing weekly weigh in's but it's so damn hard! I'm going to try to weigh myself every sunday...but I make no promises that I'll cheat. :)

Well I'm in a great fuckin mood because I stocked up on groceries. I couldn't be happier. I do have to say, although I LOVE squash....I'm getting a little sick of it. I had it for lunch yesterday and for lunch and dinner today! We just have SO much Mexican squash and Zucchini and I don't want it to go bad...well whatever...it's still good and I am sort of making different dishes with it...but anyway...so here's what I ate today (which was a lot, by the way...I can't help that I like serving myself large portions...as long as I'm on target!!)...

LUNCH

1 Can Drained Sweet Yellow Corn - 200
3 1/2 Cups Mexican Squash - 75
1 tblsp EVOO - 120
1 tsp Garlic Powder - 10
1 tsp Onion Powder - 10

I figured I would drop at least one since I didn't have much to eat yesterday. But at the same time since I've been off of the detox, food just goes right through me. I eat something...and like 1 or 2 hours later it's dying to come out. hahah gross.

So anyway...I seriously thought that my calorie count would be much higher and I'm kind of dissapointed at how low it is. I just totaled it now and it's nearly midnight and I don't really want to eat anything right before I go to bed....but anyway...here's what I ate today...

Woke up LATE today...just in time to make some lunch! haha...

1 Cup Chopped Red Onions (I would rather have yellow but it was all we had!) - 70

So I wish I could write more on my first entry but it's really late, I'm really tired, and I just want to write down what I've eaten today so I can keep track of my daily calorie intake...okay....

Approx. 50 baby carrots throught the day- Approx. 225 Calories

2 Small/Medium Sized Pears - 180 Calories

Total Calorie Intake - 405 Calories

Calories burned: 25 minutes of sex....15 minutes of vigorous sex....I have no idea how many calories I burned but I know I burned some! hahah

I would have liked to have taken in more calories today but I just came off of a 4 day detox (Master Cleanse) of not having any solid foods so I'm easing my way back into food. For some reason I was totally craving fried chicken...don't ask why it just sounds SOOO good right now. But anyway...tomorrow I'm definitely having a yummy cooked meal...mmmm....can't wait!
